Quality Policy

Purpose and Scope

The purpose of this policy statement is to set out the principles, which Norton & Associates Ltd will apply generally to all aspects of its business activities with regard to Quality of services, offered and will be managed through registration with ISO 9001 number 3899

The policy of Norton & Associates Ltd is to provide services:

  1. which delivers what the client has asked for
  2. at competitive prices
  3. and in a manner that is easy for him to utilise

We aim to work with the client to achieve the above in a friendly and helpful way.

To ensure quality and value for money we will make sure that we spend time with the client to ensure that they are clear about what they want from us.

We believe that too much written documentation leads to confusion, to this aim we minimise this area so we can focus in on the critical aspects of our commission with you.

A quality plan will be produced for each contract, copies of which will be held by the client and ourselves and included as part of the contract documentation.

Norton & Associates Ltd are committed to the positive use of partnering in the administration and success of a commission.

It is through a commitment to teamwork, responsiveness, shared skills, flexibility and open communication that we can achieve a quality service.

Prior to commencing work on site the Quality Plan shall be agreed between the parties associated with the commission.

We have our own in house training scheme for employees to ensure work is carried out to a high standard.
